One of the five themes of geography is Human/Environmental Interaction, which "deals with how people use, adapt to, or change their environment." I think that this is an interesting theme when I think about all that has happened in our area over several years. My Dad says that this area was all farmland and then they built all the houses, businesses, and the mall. Here are some links to get an idea about the amount of change that has occurred here:
